International District and Pioneer Square

Summary of an eventful Saturday: Walked 7 miles to and around Pioneer Square and the International District, took advantage of the free entry day at Wing Luke Asian museum where my husband beat me at a game of Pac-Man, received a gift from a Canton Alley shop owner, drooled at the sights and smells of the dozens of little noodle shops but ended up chowing down on $2 vegetarian pizzas, found more tucked away independent book shops (Seattle, we really love you for this), found the cleanest public restroom in Seattle, and we did something we would never have done before – skip a free sake tasting.
